We partner with Sightglass Coffee to bring you the best coffees from all around the world. We've got tasty espresso blends at our main bar, and every Tuesday we serve a rotating single-origin espresso. For drip coffee, we serve exclusive lots of coffee from all over the world, and we offer pour-overs of select beans.

We use Clover milk, and for those who prefer an alternative, we offer oat, almond, and soy.

Red Rock’s known for our cappuccino and Gibraltar, and also our featured drinks Honey Lavender Latte and Maple Syrup Latte.

We stock a wide variety of Sightglass whole beans - you can buy a bag of your favorite!
